It's the default size setting for the Dicktator Genitalia for Daz3d. Probably the same reason you see the same characters in games, despite it being very easy to customize anything in Daz3d. Laziness in most cases.

I can't say i'm an expert on cock, the only ones i've seen have been in porn and books at school so I don't know what size they are supposed to come in.

I don't mind the fantasy aspect of aspect of having a 100 kg penis but when it comes to games the biggest issue is the logistics of sex. Alot of daz developers have to use a morph on the assets that unhinges the woman's jaw to make it work and it always, always looks hilariously bad.
