Seeking Games with permanent transformations

I am looking for games where the appearance of characters is permanently altered.
Their body is transformed forever and they need to learn to live with the changes.
Which is visible in their actions/dialog.

So no single scene/one off changes where the rest of the game everyone acts like nothing happened.

White Russian comes to mind as a example of a game that does this quite well.
But it doesn't have to be a visual novel kinda game.

It is not truly permanent so to say, since all TF's on the player characters at least, can be cured, but also each transformation is a full on different class, so you may or may not want to even cure it, and most skills learned can even be used on other classes too, and there certainly are difference in dialogs depending on the TF characters are in.
