there is a game from the creators of "sword maiden of azure dragon" about a princess and her mother the queen i think it's gonna be good also i'm waiting for a release

Many game of thrones parodies also follow Daenerys as the MC. Maybe you could try those. And I will take it for granted that you guys arent into Japanese rpg games...
I will suffer through a shitty translation of a JRPG if it has the game content I'm looking for and the art is good.

Might not be for everyone, but there's a discontinued game called Goblin Lord with sort of a queen, though you are a Goblin (you use a human body for her quests tho).
It didn't get to sex with her, but there was a lot of teasing and stuff.
