Nymphomania Paradox. Female protagonist, scenes, text and reactions do change depending on how you choose to dress her.

If I remember correctly you don't get to strip her naked immediately as the game starts but as you progress through the game the costumes you buy get progressively lewder until she can go out totally naked. It's an exhibitionism game basically, I think it's down your alley.

in the beginning you can choose one of the starting traits for your female MC, and you can choose smth like "exhibitionist", which will help you gain the necessary stats for being naked at home and in very revealing/sheer clothes elsewhere. Quite a lot of appearance customization (body, clothes, accessories, tatooos etc).
