Checked it out, there's a really big problem with hitboxes. The protagonist of the game is fairly... weight challenged. But if that's the design you're going for then hey, different strokes for different folks. The erotic content was fairly basic, dick is big, dick goes on butt, dick has balls, they go slappity-slap and then dick goes inside ass and cums. For every, single, enemy currently.
