This is another known bug. If you join the Discord server for Gateway (link in the OP), go to #bugs and check the topic "Tracker visual bug". Unfortunately we haven't been able to pinpoint the conditions for reproducing that bug. You might help if you remember what you were doing just before this bug appeared. I suspect that it is related to the usage of the Movies app on the computer, but I am not sure about that.
It triggers a few days before the festival, after you've finished the prep. Just go ahead and launch the thing if you've done everything else you want to do.
I can't progress the story with these people
Harriet (Pristine Edge). Find her in the kitchen in the morning, then track her down while working to talk/assist, talk to Piper in the office, build a tennis court for some reason that doesn't seem to serve any purpose, and talk to her and Piper a few more times. Not necessarily in that order.
It is just what it said. A dead end and Work In Progress. So we will have to wait for further content updates for that path to expand.
So I did manage to progress but am stuck again. Masturbate at night - charlotte. In the morning talk with Charlotte then talk to Victoria. Now I got a message from Victoria that I can meet Charlotte later in my room, but I am not finding any option to progress it further. The guide still says "Offworld meeting". Relax in bed / sleep / masturbation / sneak around does not progress it in the room.
This is a browser error. Even if you have plenty of RAM or drive space, your browser only allows a limited amount of storage per site. This limit is usually 5 MB and it can be exceeded if you keep too many saved games (including the autosave) in the memory of the browser.
about:config and then update the value of dom.storage.default_quota. The default value of that parameter is 5120 (= 5 MB) and you can easily increase it to 50 MB, for example.
