I'm completely stuck on the "opening communications with new eden" part of the story. The task is to make the communications link and megan was saying something about her being unavailable for about 5 days while she works on it. Under the task menu it just says "under construction" and the hint is "nothing to do now but wait". Megan and kylie have both been unavailable for 10 days now and nothing has happened. What am I missing??
If you buy the materials and continue to progress the game it eventually fixes itself.

Talk to megan about starting the project, she will charge you 150 resources more for every missing material
Can someone edit my save file to make all 3 items (Sex Toys, Records, Video Game) = 100 Because suddenly I can't Buy any more when I send Expedition to Heiter and I don't want to start over can anyone help me

It's a bug, you can't complete it once Meriya is free from Gateway A. It's fixed in 0.4.3 that's currently out for backers, public release is in 4-5 days.
0.4.3 makes you able to cheat in items as well.

I have a problem with possession ability in Gateway B
It is always blurred and I can't figure how to proceed
also stuck on precious material (3/4). The hint says I need to visit Elsie's and Rita's planets; I did it but nothing new happened
and how to reconnect to new eden?

at the moment, I only have Alyssa, Piper and Victoria
How can I get the other ones?

I discovered this, after going through council tasks and talking with Kimberly about the transformation, she opened options for talking with the others Ruby Tiffany and the others
I don't have the option to speak about transformation with Kimberly at the moment
maybe it comes later when completing the council tasks
but i can't find how to progress in those tasks. still missing Isolda and Astra tasks
I also couldn’t advance until I completed the quest for materials, I had 2/4 and I just talked to Megan and she said bring me 2000 materials and we’ll do everything in a few days, after that a new Eden opened and the main quest continued.

The game has been upgraded to Sugarcube 2.37 which among other things, has some big improvements to the Save API.
This update extends content for Kim, Sinem, Sena and the elope option has been updated during the picking sides task chain.
You can now follow a character to another location if they move to an available location during conversation, energy upgrades have been rebalanced, inventory code reworked and a few other smaller updates. Check the changelog in OP for full info.
A big shoutout to Jaokarb who signed up as a playtester for this version and had to put up with my idiocy and incoherent ramblings during development.
I am looking for additional playtesters. Info here.

I'd say false positive. I've uploaded the latest update to VirusTotal and all other vendors are okay.
