I don't think the moderators are reading the comments - they are most likely reacting to the "Report" under the comments. I specifically waited for some time after your post, and when I made sure that no one added your bugfix to the OP, I used the function to update the games. I clicked on the "Report" button under your bugfix file on 29.12 at ~2.00, selected "Game update" and asked in the comments field to add your bugfix to the OP. And on 29.12 at ~17.00, the moderator complied with this request.
I think that this is the only way forum users can influence the OP change. Similarly, I asked to update this game to v5.0 (and some other forum games) and the moderators are updating them.
Now that your bugfix has been added to the OP, I would recommend that you:
1 - Write a changelog for bugfix fixes ( what kind of errors does your bugfix fix).
2 - If there are new fixes, do not create a new post with the file, but edit the first one by uploading the bugfix file.
