Not officially, this site only allows threads for games in english.
But someone has shared a japanese game or two by request on this thread, so maybe they'll share something from rycantrophy soon.
In the meantime you can check HentaiBanchi, it has a few of his older ones. Remember to use addblocker.

, who seems to be a member of the first team who attempted to remake/ported Morenatsu

Since the devs of the original team never completed the game, at this point, any new content is just as unofficial as the one made by Stormsinger Studios, isn't it? For what it's worth, it's probably the only Morenatsu version where we get to finally fully romance Torahiko. I'd say it's about time~

Very surprised FOXXX isn't on the list yet. Ongoing, Text-based (a few 2D pixel pieces for game overs), HTML/Twine(?) (so "Other"). MC is male, definitely M/M focus (a few females, but like 95%+ M/M I'd say).

Edit: Also Debasing Grounds. Ongoing, Text-based (soon to have 2D pixel portraits), HTML ("Other"). MC and all NPCs are gender-chooseable.

Edit Edit: Yet another one, lol, Global Mutation. Ongoing, 2D, Unity. MC is customizable; all current NPCs are male.

Thank you for collating this huge list of games, I'm just wondering if anyone's ever seen any threads on this website which actually made some tier-lists of these games?

As far as I know, this is the only comprehensive homosexual games list on the site. Many people here don't like having man on man sex that isn't femboy or futa on male, and the gay tag is often used in the context of humor or to indicate content that could be deemed homosexual in nature.

I've always appreciated this thread! "Gay protagonist" really should be a tag, but again its a challenge with the anti-gay chatter and obtuse usage of the "gay" tag.

It's hard to find games where you play a "male that wants to have sex with other males" with current tagging.

"Gay protagonist" tag also doesn't work.
The perfect example is this thread, There are YAOI, Bara, Bi, Twink, Underaged / Boy, Femboy, Trap, Trans, Sissification...
Pretty sure each of them serves a different group of audiences (even tho there'll be overlap depends on each person).

Unless the tag system differentiate what type of game it is with tags like I listed, (apparently the site doesn't intended to do),
your best bet is to judge each game with tags you are interested manually.
It's not Hard, you think it is cuz there just aren't as many games.

There's no way you can come up a "Tier-List" for Gay porn games, the range is just too wide
That's why you can't find one, especially one you can agree with unless it's made by yourself.
