I am having a problem accessing the site. i think its blocking my vpn does anyone have any advice as to how to get to it while still using a vpn?

Works for me. The timer on that particular site is kinda misleading. It's not a "you have to wait x number of seconds" timer. You just need to enter the code correctly before the 60 seconds is up.
