Did it unlock for you by just going there three times? Or some other way? I can't manage to unlock it and the Task log tells me to wait for them to finish training. I'm not sure if it doesn't work because my save is old or if I'm doing something wrong.

You have to click on them once per visit to get it to progress.

Finally, I resolved a problem with Connie and Pearl, just tell Pearl to stop doing sex at night with you and threesome will work after it! (You can speak with Pearl anytime and ask her doing it again anytime)
