I always relied on the lighting set up of the room, I never considered that something so simple could be used to create a more interesting visual effect in the final render.

Very thorough guide with great examples. The final look of a render is a bit of subjective topic. Recreation breaks down each important setting from the 2 main tabs in Daz that affect the aesthetics of a render. The pictures are large and clear in illustrating this point. 10/10 would play again.
