It would be nice if moving in the house did not take 5min of time. The house is not a big estate but a small apartment. Why would it take 5 min of time to go from kitchen to bedroom.

Whoops, sorry about that. I fixed it a while ago, but through some mishaps, you got the bugged version of 0.09. I already uploaded the hotfix at front page, but here's a console fix for it:

Hey, thanks for the bug report! It's supposed to show a convo about Kevin being an asshole, but I had a typo that messed it up. From my testing, even though nothing shows, the event still completes. Just pick "Talk about Kevin" two or three times, and Kenzie's event 1 should be marked as done.

Because otherwise... the time doesn't move at all. It was the easiest option to advance time. The alternative is to have a "Pass Time" button all over the place.

Alternate scenes with a pregnant porn star who looks similar or at least not blatantly different (aka no flat brunettes, just blonde with solid tits would be enough at a glance). Once she hits the half-way through her pregnancy, swap in the new model until she gives birth. If need be, limit the amount of scenes available to the player at this time, though maybe add a pregnancy exclusive one. It is a bit odd when you're 80 days in she still looks the same, but it'll all depend on how much you want to cater to the pregnancy crowd, if at all.

Oh sorry, that was just a temporary solution because I couldn't get the scene done in time. I just forgot to update the walkthrough.
You actually need to do Kenzie's event 8, and then choose the route where you get beaten up by Kevin and his friends. And at the end of Kenzie's event, you'll be at the hospital, and you can choose to get out early or "stay longer", where you'll be able to access AJ's event .That's the only way to access those scenes for now.

I don't feel like that's something I wanna do. It bothers me too, but we'll have to live with it. Maybe AI image editing features will change that in the future, so we'll see.
