And It's a real question, because German laws are even more unbearable that French ones, but the , that address the "dissemination, procurement and possession of child pornographic content", looks like it don't fully agree with your claim ; even as you weighted it later in your post.
This specific law is extremly controversial, and heavy under fire from all sites. Not only from the crying pedo freaks but also from organisations that use thier brain to actually think.

As an example:

A couple of teens, lets say 14yo Fem & 16yo Male ( or a little bit younger) and having gone all the way.
They are sending messages to each other via WhatsApp or something similar.
The the boy asks his girlfriend about a picture from her, skimpy dressed or even nude.
The girl decides - without being forced - to send her boyfriend a full nude - or topless.
The boyfriend get the picture and, according to this completely flawed law, which has not been thought through in the slightest and was made by totally incompetent idiots, has become a criminal offender.

Minors have to be protected - no question. But the problem is our current government, which for two years has not managed to pass a single law that is not as full of holes as a Swiss cheese and bristling with incompetence, but is instead massively guided by ideology.

Germany is trying really hard to be the top tier cuck country. Soon you have to pay 10k if you call your son Fritz instead of his preferred Fredericke. Germans are still the same sheepish muppets they were in the past. Just their ideology gets more retarded every 75 years.

But then, whole EU is. China 2.0 lets go. Get ready for eID and digitalEURO. Next time you say something against pride month, good luck buying groceries.

What the fact that the government can't pursue you, in any possible way, if you speak against it, have to do with the fact that you can't access a porn website ?

I really love those guys who use concept without have the starts of the clue what they effectively means...
Actually, our government is trying their best to do so. Just recently they tried to introduce "snitch boxes" similar to what the GDR had, where people could report anything even if it isn't illegal or criminal. Especially the people from the former GDR said "fuck you" to that for obvious reasons...

The country and people responsible for some of the worst human rights violations the world has ever seen now want to act all morally pure and innocent? Where was that energy 90 years ago huh?
Fun Fact: Much of what the Nazis did wasn't illegal before the Nürnberg Trials, but since what they did was so bad they violated a basic rule of law enforcement and retroactively illegalized everything and punished them, which is a big nono. My biggest problem is that they set a precedent that anyone could replicate and there would be nothing you could say against it.

What will they achieve by doing this?
Isn't Germany Europe's brothel?
Pretty much and it won't end pretty...

It's not new. I remember Germany censoring video games in the 90s - for example, the first Carmageddon had non-humanoid robots instead of pedestrians.

If your are not able to justify policies which are purely based on your personal moral views or if you want to increase government control regulations without having any actual valid arguments, then just use the magic words: "Child Protection Policy".

"Think about the children" Should be repeated in your speeches around 3 times per 5 sentences. And don't forget to remind the "Öffentlich Rechtliche", especially those young journalist folks, that you are sitting inside a Committee there, who decides who gets promoted. While mentioning that there is nothing more important then "free speech". (Suppress your urge to do any eye winking while saying that)

Congratulations, you are now a respected German politician.
