This specific law is extremly controversial, and heavy under fire from all sites. Not only from the crying pedo freaks but also from organisations that use thier brain to actually think. And It's a real question, because German laws are even more unbearable that French ones, but theYou must be registered to see the links, that address the "dissemination, procurement and possession of child pornographic content", looks like it don't fully agree with your claim ; even as you weighted it later in your post.
As an example:
A couple of teens, lets say 14yo Fem & 16yo Male ( or a little bit younger) and having gone all the way.
They are sending messages to each other via WhatsApp or something similar.
The the boy asks his girlfriend about a picture from her, skimpy dressed or even nude.
The girl decides - without being forced - to send her boyfriend a full nude - or topless.
The boyfriend get the picture and, according to this completely flawed law, which has not been thought through in the slightest and was made by totally incompetent idiots, has become a criminal offender.
Minors have to be protected - no question. But the problem is our current government, which for two years has not managed to pass a single law that is not as full of holes as a Swiss cheese and bristling with incompetence, but is instead massively guided by ideology.
