As it should be. Too many people want to control other people. We are already bound by laws. It is the judges' job to decide whether something is in breach of any laws. No one can charge the rich for stealing because someone says the rich is stealing from the poor. It is invalid. Regardless, even things that are impossible to be illegal, like incest or rape in fiction, are banned on Patreon or Paypal. Ugh.

Oh shit.
Although, here's the thing. Just like how they defined pornography, which used the exact wording as Patreon does, it is defined "as real people engaging in sexual acts such as masturbation or sexual intercourse on camera." By this definition alone, none of the things we make here are porn. So, maybe they only count real rape, incest or bestiality as breaching that rule, but not fictional ones.
