Hello, how are you?

We've got wonderful news! We only have the final scene of Part A to render. The only drawback is that it's the longest one.

In general, we've made good progress over the last two weeks; we'll provide more concrete data this time.

Development Map
Visuals: The version will have approximately 600 renders, possibly more, given that the final scene is the longest I've ever written. Currently, over 400 renders are ready, making it difficult to determine. I'd say 70% of the visuals are complete.

Animations: These will be the main focus of the coming weeks. Now that we've seen what the final scene will look like, we'll probably start with them before the final rendering process. Keep in mind that this version will have more animations than the entire Chapter 1!

Translations: We have completed around 25% of the total translations, which is almost one-third of Chapter 1. In general, this percentage is more symbolic than anything else, as the process is quick and can be completed while concentrating on other aspects of the game.



We haven't mentioned the script because we need to finish the final scene before finishing it.



Is there anything else to expect?
Yep! Aside from the visuals, we've been focusing on two things to improve the Getting Intimate experience:

- A Chapter Report system. As development continues, we intend to offer alternate pathways and branching. We think this system is highly appealing because it clearly displays the player's decisions.

- A Scene Gallery. The density of scenes per chapter is also increasing, and we believe this is a viable choice.

These systems will be added in a version available only to Patrons for Ch.2 Part A. They will most likely be added in future regular versions.

There's a little bit of flirting with the MILF, but that's it so far (only early). And she is a very hot MILF.

There has only been a couple of Lewd scenes with your friends roommate (Erika, Just BJs) who I am pretty sure is not an LI, but a side girl. The only lewd with an LI is a HJ/Tit Job from Beth..

Hi to all of you!

We can discuss Chapter 2 Part A's current state. The chart speaks for itself, but we can expand the details for your convenience!

Development Map
The script for the game is almost finished. There are just a few things remaining to be written, mostly centered around an interactive scene and animations. Everything else is ready to go, and in an effort to keep ahead of the game, we're even getting ready for Chapter 2 Part B's pre-production. Managing two processes at once requires some juggling, but we're up for the task!

Animations, on the other hand, are usually the last component to be included. We're currently setting the foundation and making some prototypes.

We're also halfway through the version's visuals, which is a significant milestone for us! Seeing the finish line in sight is quite inspiring! Of course, the schedule may change slightly depending on how the remainder of the version turns out, but we're feeling very optimistic. (Keep in mind that we began the rendering process around a month ago due to the script writing process!)

Translations have not been a priority for us thus far due to the constant change of texts, which makes translation difficult until very late stages of development due to the way Ren'Py operates. We will provide the Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese translations, as promised for this release.


Overall, there is still work to be done, the most difficult being the animations, but we have a solid portion of the version completed and can't wait to finish the version to share it with our supporters!

Hi, hope you're all doing well!

Again, I apologize for the delay! I've been extremely focused on moving the Chapter forward, and I say "I" because that's one of the most important updates. My co-worker had to leave the project in the middle of May due to personal reasons; this situation is expected to last until the end of June. In the meantime, I plan to work on Getting Intimate on my own.

This shouldn't be a problem because I was the only one in charge of creating the visuals (the majority of the work), but I'll also be in charge of testing, translations, interfaces, polishing, and so on, at least for this version.

As you can see, the animations haven't been the primary focus of our attention due to the unexpected volume of visuals that still needed to be completed. As in Chapter 1, they will be relegated to the final step before proceeding to polishing.

Possible release date

I'll be clear: I'm going to try to have the version ready this month.

In the worst-case scenario, Chapter 2 Part A will be available in early July.

I'll elaborate on this in the next devlog, the final one before launch.

Info about Getting Lucky! tier and future Patreon content

I'd like to take this opportunity to tell you that the tier will be closed for pledging one week after the PUBLIC release of Chapter 2 Part A, that is, one month and a week after the official Patreon release.

Following the public release of the new version, I intend to formalize the content we provide. I'll start doing special renders and game related polls, as well as offer exclusive previews, among other things.

Hey guys!

It's been a tough few weeks, but I made it!
Getting Intimate Ch.2 Part A is coming out in 3 days!
It may be sudden, but I couldn't give a specific date earlier, sorry!

Info about Ch.2 Part A
The version includes:

• 708 renders
• 10 animations
• A few new tracks
• 1 new main menu background
• Scene gallery!
• Spanish and PT-BR translations

Yeah, I definitely underestimated the number of renders left to be completed. There's nothing new about it...
The final step is to finish translating and polishing some parts.
I'd appreciate your feedback on the new version. I'm not sure how many bugs the gallery may have brought. Unlocking Chapter 1 replays may require a new save.
