It could be an oversight but I think it's just a poor choice of words. At this point the MC doesn't know any sensitive info about Timfalme, so if someone else was to read his current memories they wouldn't get anything useful. Orphelith says that if you do accept the role of personal assistant that it would only be small affairs, nothing big so he still wouldn't learn any sensitive info about Timfalme. Plus he would be under her constant supervision so it would be difficult for anyone to get close to him(although I'm sure there will be an update eventually that will prove me wrong because plot). I'm sure at some point the MC will learn secrets about Timfalme but I'm also sure that Orphelith or Cygnia will cast a spell on him to keep his mind secure.

Sounds like overthinking to me. Locked memories or lack of them and fake memories are two different departments. Timfalme already encountered spies with artificial amnesia before, then how those who sent those spies could've known if anything that they could get won't be fake?

How can you modify something that you don't have access to? Also Cygnia said that she straight up read his memories as well.
Other than the accusations against each other that they couldn't provide proof for (The disappearing people in Viridice and the warrior graveyard that was desecrated) I don't think anything else said in that meeting would be sensitive info. What info do you believe is sensitive?

The memories that she accessed are the memories the MC has currently made in the game which look to be completely accessible to anyone who can read minds, not his memories before the events of the game which are the ones no one can supposedly access. All Cygnia did was access his new/current memories where she implanted her name.

Just replayed the first scene. Kendra never mentioned MC being a purebred human, so I don't know if it did matter back then. The reasons she didn't kill him instantly were a) to troll Maryen, b) because if choosing the right dialogues, MC says things that she enjoyed hearing, about how guardians are failures, and that he doesn't know about the Queen (which I'm not sure what means to her). If you act all tough and heroic, but then ask to be with Kendra, she will actually just kill you using Maryen's hands.
No, not really. In fact, I had a little war here about a year ago regarding Kendra... Fascism... Subjectivity of morals... Yeah, it was something else. On the contrary of being biased, I try to see things as clear as possible, and there is nothing else Kendra shows as clear about herself as the opinion about normal sized people and a value of their lives, which to clarify is 0 for her.

If both statements are correct, then it means that somehow Cygnia can take a look into MC's mind, even add information there, but at the same time she is not able to get into his mind at all. These statements contradict themselves. Therefore I think that there is a certain point from which his memories become inaccessible, which would be events before the game. Everything that happened after should be clear and easily modifiable.
