I noticed something like that and it seems like someone here in the discussions earlier also talked about it.
The problem is that in those other routes there is no flirting with expectations of something in the future, which ultimately does not happen. That is, for example, I read Regina's route, yes, she has feet and part of me wants, maybe a little hopes that there will be something for me. But, in the course of the plot, there is no obvious flirting with my expectations. Therefore, in the end, there is no strong disappointment and bewilderment from why this particular giantess does not have content with feet.

Obviously the goal of this image was to emphasize Kendra's luscious ass and thighs, so it didn't matter that part of her foot was out of frame. And for some people, that's not a problem at all.
