No, I only use an RTX 3060 GPU and I also tried changing the graphics preset from high to low, but the FPS I get is still below 20fps.

Impossible, I play RDR2 on very high preset and can get more than 60fps, I also play Revenge Paradise (unreal engine) on high preset and can get 40fps or more, so it's impossible that my PC is bottlene cking.

maybe its your cpu or ram? im playing on an older graphics card on very high with post-processing effects turned off and game runs smoothly for me
I use 32GB of RAM, and playing that game doesn't even use up to 10GB of RAM.
I'm also using an Intel Core i5 12400F CPU, with that CPU it's enough to balance the performance of the RTX 3060.

Update: UEVR works for getting the game to display like a traditional VR game. The only issue is the mouse cursor is stuck when I try to move it with my controllers. Moving it with my mouse works but it'd be nice to use my headset + controllers only. It works when I open the settings menu GUI for UEVR but not in game... No idea how to fix.

You'd have to read older posts (I recommend the search function).
People have tried and even demonstrated that modding is possible, but as far as I know, no one has ultimately succeeded in creating a mod.

Not really, you can work on getting the gal used to exposure. The number in the living room when you click the book icon, top right, once maxxed out she'll stop getting shy during luring phase. But that's about it.
