But you can see the censored dick in the "sae" girl in the middle (i don't know his real name but i read sae "さえ" on the image)
If you go to the Gumroad page of ginhaha, you can see the same dick but uncensored. This show to me that the Dlsite version of Ginhaha work are censored (like it's supposed to be according to the japanese law, but you never know on internet)

DLsite is indeed censored due to belonging to a Japanese company and thus, as you mentioned, being under Japanese laws (Pixiv Fanbox says Hi! but that's a different case).
So the only way to get the uncensored works would theoritically be on Gumroad and Patreon.

You can't buy nsfw content on gumroad anymore. Their new policy is slowly shutting down accounts so they've likely closed their shop already.
