GBH CP1: I don't recommend starting with this, even though it does contain canon story events. Boko himself calls this the "the experimental first version of GBH" and describes CP2 as "GBH with an improved battle system". Has a handful of battles.

It used to be the main download of this thread, but was deleted and replaced with a short alpha of a different GBH game a couple of years ago.
"GBH3 Test" - The original short VN-like game that features Philine, which was later ported to GBH AS but lost its QTE as a result. Released after Boko finished CP2. To be clear, there's no battle in this.
GBH3 Alpha: It's the only download in the first post of this thread, currently. Just contains one battle with Senri. her existence is a tragedy.

she is fighting a war that is already over. she was created solely because of and as a means to counter Alf's efforts. with a single purpose in life to end his. she only continued to live both because she failed and despite all this he spared her. her ENTIRE being is based on and around him. he has defined her life far more then the monster lord ever did. she is both in and is his shadow.

if she actually completes her mission she will have nothing left. she will be all alone in a dead world. there is already no one left to give her new orders and with them a reason to do anything else. and without them there is no reason for her to continue existing. she is a swinging sword with no one holding the handle or sheathe to to rest in. she will be a living statue.

I take it back. her existence if horrifying.

Those are some very deep thoughts about her. This sounds like a plotline that would make for a good fanfic.

yeah I would wright it myself if I didn't have a sever case of ADHD.

also there is some hope for her with the monster lord's return and new form. they might even form a genuine mother-daughter relationship. well after they explore and understand these new human feelings.

or this could go in a darker direction were shisen realizes all this. right before or after finding out about the monster lord's revival and its implications. only for those hopes to be dashed with how they basically forgot all about her....as well as being cool with Alf and by extension humanity now.

(insert arguably the most justified and biggest crash out in fiction.)
