The appearance value is meant to be added twice. One for base beauty and one that goes through the clothing adjustment. We made it easier to max out but it seems the lower values are harder to maintain. This is something we will need to review.

My character might be an unusual case. Prior to attempting the twincest event my character had a few procedures at the clinic (body hair removal as soon as I had 80k, probably teeth straightening and such) and fanatically exercised for months (Strength = 100, etc.)

If you go to our TFGS forum and find the threads for the modified QSPplayers they both have a MAC version. I believe the Sonnix player has a thread here on f95zone too, not sure if everything is linked there but I suspect it is.
Of course of you are using them then I seem to recall people saying use of wine if required. No idea what that means, again check the threads for these players or search our forum for "wine".
As far as i understand, the base max in appearance is 100. I had 97 used the crapiest clothing i could find (including cheap bras, panties, shoes, coat) and didn't brush my teeth and had an end result of 119 (with Bimbo on lvl 3). I haven't tried out, but propably the game doesn't check if your hair is brushed in this case (usually you have to when doing jobs for peacock), that would get you down 10 additional points.

There is no set base value, even in your case there will be other factors like weight so the lowest value is probably lower. The max is way over 200 but we restrict it.
Ideally we will want the scale to be 0-100 and have some overlap at both ends.
Before we can set a permanent balance we have to introduce some more clothing accessories like necklaces and watches.
We do have this planned and hopefully I'll have more time to focus on features going forward.

1. How do I get the PC preg? It never seems to take. Even when she is on a 'dangerous day' or 'ovulating' and not using condoms. Can only certain males get the PC preg?
2. How do I trigger the next step in the Natasha Belova quest (whoring her to the PC's brother and getting Nat preg). I have a high dominance and plenty of money to lend. 1. If you are ovulating and having unprotected sex then you can get pregnant. Just like rl there is no guarantee you will or will not, more sex means more chance. Have fun.

1. I haven't played a preg character yet, but I have been reading through the code. The code is definitely there for pregnancy from almost any guy (including the PC not knowing who the father is and thinking she is still a virgin.)
1a. Are you using any mods? Some include the option to force pregnancy &/or disable pregnancy.
2. Natasha promises to repay the 5000 in 26 days. The next day she should promise to repay in 25 days. Then 24 and so on. When that number of days passes she will say she doesn't have the money.

3. The easiest way to become a porn star is Aphrodite Photography in City Center. I'm pretty sure you can find out about it by talking to the right "unknown model" there. I'm pretty sure that Krystal also does porn and tells you about it. Also, once you do Full Nude someone might tell you about the porn studio. Also, if you go to the Red Light District you might just find the Porn Studio on your own (with my most recent PC she just knew it was there without anyone telling her about it.)
Once you find the Porn Studio you must have proof that you are 18 (easy enough to get fake docs from the suspicious character near the City Industrial Train Station) and you should be able to take jobs.

Update to #1 - my PC is currently pregnant, although she has no idea how. I'm honestly surprised, because the only vaginal sex she has had (with or without protection) is during hypnosis sessions at the clinic once a week. So, yeah, pregnancy is still active.
note: I am using Girl Life 0.7.3.1.qsp which I downloaded here.
I also use glife_v0.7.3b-Ikarumod-20180611.qsp for minor cheats (like "Wear Bimbo Clothing without becoming a Bimbo" for my nerdy schoolgirl)
I understand there are also various other builds (including dev builds) around for this game.

Maybe QoL is your problem. Its based on 0.6, very outdated and abandoned while the game itself got more than minor changes. If the pregnancy system got updated since 0.6 while QoL uses the old code it cant work. Check the Changelog History, maybe your answer is already in the OP.

This just keeps getting weirder.
My nerdy magic schoolgirl who got pregnant under hypnosis has become a succubus.
After the transition to Succubus she initially remained pregnant, but forgot she was pregnant the next time she fell asleep.
Her status returned to "it has been x days since your last period"
I reloaded from a quicksave and this happened consistently.
Is this a glitch or a feature?
(i.e. are Succubi infertile and unable to get pregnant)
