I will let Kevin handle this one, I don't know that story well at all and had no hand in writing it. So not really sure what all needs to be done to advance, it. I have never got it to advance that far myself either.

We have or had someone working on other translations. You are free to translate the game yourself if you want or do a introduction if you want. We don't mind when people translate the work, I mean that is how we started, translating it from Russian, before we started making our own version of it.

Honestly I don't know his is very old original content that other than fixing the code to use the changes we made and cleaning up the text we have not touched. He is on the list of old content to get revamped. In fact Vitek, Vasily, Albina, and Christina I think is the last of the old characters that have not been revamped already or someone is currently working on them right now.
It's been a while since I did this, I remember that you can go out with Fedor it leads to a confrontation with Vitek, you have to select the right answers or it leads to humiliation for Fedor. I'm not sure of the exact choices but you break up with Vitek

Currently this can't be done in the menu options. With the new starting options we will look to address issues like this.
However through the console you can set each of these to reset them:
pcs_vag = 0
pcs_throat = 0
stat['hj'] = 0
stat['bj'] = 0
stat['vaginal'] = 0

I think you just need to chat with the fairy. If anything was added it'll be a willpower option but I think this one was just left open so you can choose.
That's a single event so don't worry, there wasn't anymore to do there.
