Is there a more appropriate place to pitch ideas? I recognize this is a public forum and maybe there's other places better suited for this kind of stuff. Additionally if I could code I would be helping out but sadly I do not but would be willing to help in anyway possible.
Here works but discord is where most of the devs are and by far most of our players. You can always help with proof reading, writing small bits etc, there is a variety of ways to help. Best way if you are interested is join our discord server and ping Kevin Smarts he uses the same name both places like I do.
I get that but I feel like the guys in school. Particularly the gopniks. Would still be asking Sveta for sex more frequently. To go back to the first part about Sveta being unashamed of being a slut. I mean more dialog when characters are making fun of Stevta where she stand up for herself a bit. Something like "Your boyfriend didn't mind, when I was sucking his dick last night" or "Don't be mad that x number guys want to fuck me and only one wants you." I understand the game aspect of being a slut is a negative but it could also be spun as a thing Sveta's not ashamed about.
Yes and no, about the guys. In private many of them will hit on you or try and have sex with you, when they otherwise wouldn't if you didn't have a slut rep already. In public they act disinterested, for fear the other girls get upset and not want to hangout etc.
Oh we can add more possible reactions to pretty much everything in the game. The problem is, it takes a lot of time and the more niche something is, as in how few players would use it. The less of a priority it is, as we tend to focus on stuff more players are likely to see. As we have limited time to work on the game. Our big problem is we have a fair number of people working on the game. But we all do it for free in our spare time, after work, dealing with families, and all the other stuff we do in RL. Unlike a lot of games which have patreon accounts so the writers can write full time.
Plus since this is a labor of love for those that work on it, people tend to write what they have idea's for and are feeling passionate about. Which is how most of us that work on the game started working on it. We see something we wish was expanded and then end up joining the team and writing it ourselves. I wanted to see the pav school expanded, so I started helping out and before I knew it with the help of a few people I rewrote the whole pav school and added way more content than it originally had.
I know that is not likely the answer you wanted but that is the reality of things. What you are asking for is things we want to add and someday will, but it basically will happen when someone has the time to do it and the passion to do it. Or when someone like you gets sucked in and starts writing it.
I hope she still becomes a slut. I feel like the potential of Sonia and Sveta being good friends/partners after they become sluts a deep source of content.
She still falls and becomes a outcast that has not changed, some stuff after that will change. I have a rough idea what I want to do, but we will see how things turn out. Things often changed as I write stuff and get feedback. For example I have rewrote parts of Anushka content several times based on feedback till I was happy with it.
Fair, I get that from a gameplay point of view. If you want Sveta to remain a slut though. My idea of an area she can go to look for hookups or make herself available to hookup seems like a good idea. Near a stairwell or maybe next to the bathroom? I don't know.

It will likely happen at some point just like owning being a slut reactions but it could be a long time before someone has the passion and time to do it. Right now our main focus is on the Uni and adding reactions so people react to Sveta being famous for stuff, how she dresses, clothing styles etc.

We don't use gifs and if it is the one I am thinking of we have a movie of it for the Uni, because then clothes don't matter.

There is a counter but a lot of the old content never had the code and not all the writers know how to add code and coders don't always remember to add everything as there is lots of stuff to think about.
