AFAIK: On Friday/Saturday dance at the disco (or stand at the wall) and you can encounter generic NPCs. There will be a line in the description saying that their clothes look expensive or something like that, without it they'll just be a generic fuckbuddy/boyfriend. After dancing they might ask to go go out side to talk or whatever, eventually leading to an option to go to a hotel with them. After sex when leaving there's a chance they'll offer to be a sugar daddy and compensate per meetup. I've never tried this with the city club, so I'm not sure if this system works there as well yet. I don't remember seeing NPCs encounter on the street making the offer either.
If Sveta is a virgin then during the hotel sex when the NPC attempts to fuck her or during an NPC initiated blowjob there's an option to say that she isn't ready for sex. The NPC will offer to pay for her virginity and I think this situation can only happen if the generated NPC meets the requirements to make the offer. I think this increases the chances of it happening.
If you are trying to see this content directly the easist route is do a fresh save with the virgin pattern and setup a save before trying to get dressed or leave the hotel. There's some randomness as to whether or not the NPC will make the offer. That said it's WIP content and there isn't much difference from the rest of the fuckbuddy system right now (just the payment and rare gifts, really). I wouldn't really recommend going out of your way to dig into that content unless you are going for a particular type of roleplay or something with that save.
For some reason, after downloading the game and setting up the folder. everything works except the videos? everything was decompressed when i moved it into the folder. Anyone else have that issue?

Yeah we have nothing to do with that and there might be issues with it as it is made to only play in a qsp player. My advice is join our discord and check the channel about setting the game up and following that.
