1. Still in 0.8.1.2 one of my chars lives in the Shared apartment with those 3 guys, for like months and only did some services when she started living there. I've been checking out the new Dev packs and I got to say most of the new clothes are frumpy. As a girl in her 20s, I would not be caught in these clothes much less a hypersexual teen girl like in the game. For images they've just recently finished general clothing and are moving on to accessories and stuff.
Dev file has an update on 30th with some bug fixes and minor additions i can't remember.
Official update might be a late december release or next year. ~guessworks
