I have no clue, hornguy does them. Personally I am not a fan of unnamed NPC's hookups in any game, GL or otherwise. So I personally have never used them in GL beside one time to just see what they was like.

Eventually someday but not likely any time soon. Right now his story is during pav school year, then over the summer he goes home. He comes back for the uni and leaves in the summers until the uni is done, then he will leave for good. though one of the planned outcomes will be he will ask Sveta to go with him, maybe ask her to marry him and move to the US with him. But that would be one of the few game overs but a happy game over.

I think so, there is a few ways to die in game. Drug OD is one and a couple of others.
While I am still a popular member of the Cool kids (or with the Jocks or Nerds....it all depend which week it is) I can still attend the DnD nights. Last time I choose for the treasure map quest and now we play boardgames.

We did have a writer who was planning stuff with Marcus, but she fell to the math teacher curse and poofed.
So is there any more scenes with the therapist after being left in a room, learning hypnotherapy on your own, or is that it?

I think that's it for now. Content will be a bit quicker going forward as we've sorted out the complete lack of coder problem we had.

Yeah but that is more just a handful of events instead of a actual story arc. Pretty much ALL the NPC's have a few of those. The list above are just the NPC's who have actual interconnected scenes to tell some sort of story.
Some things that I have noticed:
1) It's not that big of a deal, but when it's (almost) time to use a tampon and you've peed, you'll be asked if you want to change your tampon, even if you're not using one. Also, if you press "Change Tampon" the old tampon is thrown away, but not renewed.
2) During the check-up with your gynecologist he will start to speak about if he is still in the "business". Yes, she had (each time) sex with the underwear photographer, but not working as a porn star, prostitute or anything. I now that she like sex and I think she did one nude photoshoot (not sure, cannot remember) but that's it. Or did I misinterpret this?
PS: Oh. And she is finally pregnant. From whom? No idea.
Edit: Talking about pregnancy. I talked to my mom and said that I was pregnant. Afterwards, there is still the choice to say "I am pregnant and want an abortion". Is not that double? Would not it be better that there is only "I want an abortion". If you know what I mean.

I haven't played the game in a long time, but is there any development on the lactation? I mean read on some old post that something to the grandparents will be added.

Depends on far long ago you last played, hard to answer with out knowing that. But we have been following a rough road map to game development
year 1 - pav school year
year 2-5 - Uni school years
year 6-8 - careers and starting your own family.
The year 6-8 stuff will be able to be played earlier if you want to skip the uni, but if you play out all the content that is the intended path.
It sure is. Anywhere from 11 (Belarus), 17 (Norway) or 20 (Poland) to 10470 (Nigeria), 10630 (Chad) or 12630 (South Sudan) per million live births is fatal for the mother.
In Russia in 2017, it was 170 per million live births.
In Sierra Leone in 2000, it was nearly 25 per thousand live births, which is certainly a number.
Also: Nerd game night appears to be broken.
At 19:00 the die just disappears, with no option to join them found anywhere before or after.
That's not part a part of the game as of this moment. I don't know if it will be at some point.
The only pregnancy related death, that I know of, is if you play on the magical side and get yourself cursed by the Stallion. Then you die if you get an abortion or miscarriage.

I was wondering about the images of your body on your character description. When you press breasts or of you being pregnant, but not showing it will show pretty small images.
What if (if possible with Qt though) the images are shown like it in a mirror or something?

you can have that.
Go to your Phone-Menue, open the sttings-menue (the lowest, grey app). Go to "Display setting". Turn on "Always show Face". A new Window will appear, normaly with your Portrait, but if you click on the links in the discriptions of your Character, the pics will be shown there.

To show as if in a mirror, would need images for that...which is harder to find. and we are too lazy to photoshop
