No, Anya will tell you she avoided Mom's virginity checks by having anal sex.
All the pills from the market are faulty one way or another as far as I recall. The UI will tell she is using contraceptive pills because she thinks she is. It is entirely different thing what the pills she takes are actually doing. Checking the pills does a skill check to determine if she notices they are not correct pills.

Known Bug, It's not on our end... might be a bug for the QSP Player, as nobody here has been able to fix it.
As far as Birth Control pills, I think maankamara above, has the right of it.

It will likely return but in the Uni, since Christina is a dom mind set with a strong high willpower personality, breaking her down to be a sub would not be easy and would take a long time to slowly break her down. Just losing a fight is not going to make her into a submissive bitch all of sudden. All it would do is make her leery of Sveta and leave Sveta alone
Which is why we said the current version didn't fit as it didn't match her personality or really make sense.
A very slow break down of her is fine, but that means a long story arc which needs to be written and while it is planned it is a low priority at the moment. So a different version of it will likely return at some point.

Nothing a little blackmail won't fix!
I just had a headcanon where my character beats her in the raw physical power, and the gets dom'ed anyway after getting tricked and blackmailed by her. It's a shame it isn't possible, but I'll live.
