I guess it depends on what you define as lots. I would say the pregnancy system tries to be a realistic depiction of the real thing. Your character menstruates, there are a number of birth control options available to her, the menstruation cycle follows an approximation of reality, it can be late, your character gets cramps indicating when it starts... etc. Some characters will not want to have sex with you if you are menstruating and others will.

Pregnancy is a risk if you do not use any birth control measures and your character will reflect/talk about it. For example saying things like "oh no I could become pregnant from xxxxxx" , she also can ask to be creampied or not, get angry or not at her partners using condoms or not... etc.

Once pregnant, you can still have sex and she will reflect upon it i.e.: "at least I cannot get any more pregnant" , you will have to buy pregnancy clothes at some point, some characters will react to you being pregnant, however not all will. Some activities will not be available if you are pregnant.

However, please note, that images/gifs will not show your character being pregnant. The icons on the side will, and different stages of pregnancy are shown and, if you click on them, then an image showing how much belly you have will be shown as well.

As for cucking... it is not very clearly displayed, you can have a boyfriend and cuck him, but it doesn't seem to have much impact in the game, conversations or other characters. If you are known to be a big slut though, some characters will not date you.

Place all mod files in a folder named "mod" in the same directory as your QSP player. You go into the menu ingame (click the three horizontal lines at top of additional desc window), click "mods" at the top of of the main desc window, select install new mod, and enter the name of your mod.

activate mods? - Download them. Make a file called "mod" (lower case) in the main GL file. Extract the mod into that file. Start the game, click on the menu icon (it looks like 3 dots, one on top of each other and each with a line next to the dot.) Click on "Mods". Click on "Install new mod" type the name of the .qsp file you placed in the mod folder earlier. Click "ok". If you did that right, the mod is installed.

good mods? - Some, but the amount they work with current builds vary. The 3 biggest are "Additional Flavour", "Whore Life" and the "Bro Mod", though Bro mod is a kind of separate to normal GL and I am unsure if it should be called a mod or a spinoff game.

catch the brother wanting to watch porn? - Yes, there are if you let his friends get too bold. Though, this is separate from the type of interactions you can have with your brother through the shower route.

Bug report: Latest release (not Dev version). Mom relationship 100. No relationship cheat. Tell her about rape. Go to clinic with her. Back home in kitchen. "You have a terrible relationship with your Mother" even though still shows 100. Leave the room & come back, relationship shows 40. Try to reconcile (for getting raped?!), drops to 30.

You need to tell her that she can use it, but you need to tell her that she cannot bring others to it.
As for a way to change the variable if you let her bring others to it, I suspect that there is, but we will need to wait for a coder to see your post.

Her quest journal entry, leads you through the 3 wishes plotline. Her other 2 paths are not, and you have to find those on your own.
