It is possible. The mechanics for fertilization are beyond extensive in this game. In addition of pre-cum fertilization, you can also manage to get residual sperm into you by accident from stained clothes, hours after the act. The chances aren't high, but it is still possible. Here's a quick test I just did for Boris on a little tool I made to test the fertility cycle mechanics:
We can see that right after pulling out we've received about 8% of his usual potency into our Sveta, which could end up fertilizing her if it was proper time of the month and with some luck, as it would be about 0.3% chance per hour.
Just keep in mind that anyone who might get you pregnant this way almost certainly does not have event text written for the possible pregnancy, as the odds of it happening are so low it is a very low priority to design.

You would have to change your clique, by wearing high quality clothing for cool.. or join a sport for jocks

I'm currently doing it.
It takes a long time to switch cliques, and I'm not sure what exactly helps/hurts with it, the game unfortunately is not very clear on these things.
But the big important thing is to wear a uniform they approve of.
According to wiki some other stuff that helps is 60+ relations with members of that clique, and solving groping events in a manner they approve of (jocks like it when you slap offenders in the face or kick them in the nuts, for example). There's more too, check wiki.
I started this current run in early July start date, it's now early November and I'm "Tolerated" by both Jocks and Cool Kids and I think in a week or two at most my rep should be high enough to get invited to either group.
Also, all actual cliques (so not outcasts) dislike too much sluttiness, so keep an eye on your slut renown.

Just FYI the game is designed where you can't do "everything" in a single play through. Some stuff is meant for jocks only or cool kids, or nerds etc. So switching from one group to another to do their content is not really viable as you won't have time to switch between every group to do their unique content.
So the content you are talking about is mostly meant for the jock and cool kid starts.

As mentioned, wear a uniform they approve of, slap/kick as a response to being groped. Raise each member (not Christina) to 60+. The more you have 60+ the faster it will increase. Doing sports also helps so join volley ball team, compete and win track on Saturdays, and/or join the starlets.
