You do know that actual real life birth control pills contain placebos? Like 7 out of the 28 typically, but these numbers vary depending on the exact types of pills you're taking.

They're there partly to keep up the habit of taking a pill every day and so forth.
To add even more detail, this is how it regulates a woman's period as they will menstruate during the placebo phase and have a consistent 28day cycle.

I was not aware and never really cared, but now that I think about it, it makes sense not to pump a woman with hormones while she can't get pregnant anyway...

Thanks for the effort you and the other put into the game. Any comment on the fact that you can't take fertility pills automatically?

There's no reason for that not to be an option. Its only that no one has thought to add it. We might need to change that.

For legal reasons we can't be involved in it or host it or anything. You best bet is to go to the mod forums and ask in those forums for someone to PM it to you.
Which mod forums? Last I checked f95 has no problem with that type of content.

I don't get it. The game contains quite a few rapey scenes, but being blackmailed and then raped is not ok? Is that also the reason for the stupid disclaimer when you go check out the therapist? (If you sign this you agree to being mind controlled and getting fucked by some old guy)

On another note. When you buy birth control pills you get the option to take them automatically each day, but with the special birth control pills you receive from the therapist you don't get that option. Is that a bug or a feature?

Also with normal or special birth control pills there's the option of Skip you placebo pills (Will cause you to no longer menstruate) and when you click it you get Start taking your placebo pills again.
(Will cause periods to start back up again).
Does that mean the pharmacy sold you placebo pills?
As was said it is about age, Maksim is only 13 in game.

I don't think any mods are hosted here, as far as I know they are all on tfgames where they have their own forum thread.

Finished Katya's story on anal sex with Ivan on the beach. School is over and now there is no walkthrough hint. Where can I find these hints to understand what to do next, is it possible to somehow find them myself in the csp file?

You will be able to sign up for university on the island in St Petersberg. You need to visit in July or August and if you did well at school you can start in September, if not great you will have to do some extra classes in August and if you were bad you can't go.
Other than that there is no major arc to follow. Perhaps getting the cleaner job in the city would suit you in that case?

i genuinely didn't even know this was a thing, when was that added? i thought it was already kind of obvious what would happen as soon as the player went to hypnotherapy for the first time - at least obvious enough without adding a disclaimer saying "THIS IS WHAT WILL HAPPEN WHEN YOU ACCESS THIS CONTENT" as if knowingly playing a game about a high schooler putting herself in dangerous situations didn't already kind of sign the player up for wherever the ride took them. that's a bit odd, but what do i know?

I have been playing this game since 2016, I asked not what to do next in the game, but how to complete Katya's storyline to the end without having any more hints.

My thoughts exactly - it kind of takes you out of the mood. With all the shit that can happen to Sveta, why would this part of the game need a disclaimer.

A bug I found: When you're at the lake and get naked there's a chance your clothes are missing when you want to put them back on. If you run into your Uncle on the way back home there's an option to put on your spare school clothes and go back to school. The problem is that it's June and I don't think summer school was added in one of the updates.

I mis-understood what you were looking for. I was pretty new to the project back in '16, I hope I've helped to shape and evolve the game in generally the right direction in my time.

Katja's story continues at university. Its fairly new and mostly smaller interactions so the journal has not been updated with it at this time.

There is no completion to her story arc yet, after Pav school it keeps going in the Uni.

Have a few trivial questions about property if someone indulge me.
Just finished a school, actually midsummer, but doesn't matter.
Sveta has almost 2 millions on her account and I get that she'll have to live in City.
What is the best property to buy?
Or is it better to live in dorm or as a maid with Tanya?
As far as I have looked there are a lot of interesting neighbours if you buy apartment in residential area, but renovation costs 200,000 while buying a home in residential district gives you perfectly amazing home minus funny neighbours and plus a few minutes to get to the center.
My Sveta can buy a plot of land in suburbs but that's definitely for someone who owns a car and my Sveta is still underage.
How much does it cost to construct a mansion and is it worth it?
Underage? Not a problem. ;) You've got the money. First find a shady dude near the Pavlovsk train station and buy the necessary papers. Then you can even work in the fashion business or shoot porn films. ;) And of course own a car. There's plenty of them to buy at the car dealership in the industrial district. The most expensive is a Ferrari for 10 million rubles. :p The repairs alone cost 200 000 easily. Of course don't forget to buy gas. :D
Next the property. There are several properties to buy in the game. The cheapest is the dacha, I guess. You can renovate it and it has a garden. You'll need a car. Then there's a small house in the suburbs. No renovations needed as it's new. Don't remember if it has a metro station nearby. Then we have an old apartment in the residential district. Needs renovation though. Which can exceed the price of the apartment itself. Has a balcony. You can walk to other parts of the city but metro is a better option. But if you bought the car already, transportation shouldn't be an issue no matter the location of your property. I think you can rent out the apartment if you aren't using it. And the apartment can be sold. Finally we have the villa in the rich part of the city. Not long ago there was a metro station build there, so even if you don't own a car it shouldn't be a problem. I think you could even walk to the old town, if this hasn't been changed in the new updates. If you go for the villa, you buy the land first. Then you choose which part you want to build next. You can even build a sauna, pool or gym. It even has a nursery and a library. Basically you have a separate room for every activity you were doing in your apartment. Be warned though, it's an expensive project and the final cost goes into millions of rubles. :D I think the building costs were around 5 mil. plus the land so around 7 mil. rubles altogether. But don't quote me on it. It was a long time ago. ;)

P. S.
There are options in the cheat menu to add papers. If you don't find the dealer. School diplomas are available too in the cheat menu.

Don't disagree, but once you start it, it is hard to get out of the story arc. Choices where make it easier to get out of it once it became very clear what was going on or have a warning.

Sorta like Niko story arc use to be, it was hard to get out of it, we have since adding several new ways to get out of it.

Actually you cannot get a car if you're under 18. While a fake ID can get you into night clubs or let you model, it isn't good enough to fool the government systems. Another thing is the shady dealer has a copy shop in the red light district these days.

I think the mansion completed costs around 20 million, but it has been awhile since I revamped it so my memory on price is hazy.

Like I said above in my post, I think the mansion costs 20 million to finish construction. The house would be somewhat livable if you only upgrade a little at a time. It's more for people cheating money, but naturally it takes a long time of playing to make that kind of money. Once the game is expanded to post UNI diplomas and jobs then it might be more viable to buy. As for worth it, idk. Most of the options are available in an apartment, minus the pool and sauna. There are no events to go with it.

The residential house verse apartment - The house is nicer quality, but further travel time. I never added neighbor events or anything yet, RL distracted me along with other GL projects.

As I said I procured the car and properties ages ago, shortly after I started the game. In fact I bought the car as one of the first things in the game. Yes, I admit I added some money to my account, to be able to buy them. But I remember buying the fake ID. And there were driving lessons available in Pavlovsk to get a licence but I didn't want to wait to get it. I'm not sure if I bought it too from the shady guy or added it through the menu.
As for the house, it was much less before and looked differently. The numbers were not exact, mind you. Back then there was no metro station there, neither pretty much any other buildings.
The game changed a lot in the last years.
I loaded the oldest save I had from 2017 and I had the car as you can see. I didn't have any real estate yet so I tried to buy the villa. Funny enough, it cost only 3,5 mil. including land. Strange, I thought so I started a new game with 20 mil. And got the passport and had my mansion build. You can see the costs in the pictures. The price of cars went up. Now the Ferrari costs not 10 but 14 mil! Price of the apartment has also gone up. Price of the land is 1,5 mil. I had 17 mil. in my account. Now you cannot pay cash. Neither for the cars nor for the real estate. After purchasing the land I had 15,5 mil. You still have to build the villa room by room. And also buy furniture. After it was finished I had 6,75 mil. left in my account. So the final price tag for the villa is 10,25 mil. rubles. 1,5 mil. for the parcel and 8,75 mil. for the building itself.
I couldn't however find the place that offered the driving lessons in Pavlovsk. I even checked the police stations in Pavlovsk and in the City. So I recommend just adding it through the cheat menu. And buying the fake passport in the print shop for 30000 rubles.
The first four pictures are from the latest save of the game I started back way back. Next 6 are from the oldest save I still have from 2017 before I owned any property but already had a car. The rest of the pictures are from a fresh start.

So to sum it up, my market research has shown that the villa is the best. However if you cannot afford it I would say go for the house in the residencial district. Price is the same as the price of the apartment. But I strongly recommend to renovate the apartment because it looks much nicer afterwards. Which drives the cost above the price of the house. As for the car, buy whatever you can afford. The main differences are the looks, price and repair costs. The expensive sports cars are faster, or at least were before. I'd have to test it in the current version to confirm. However if you don't want to cheat to get more money I don't think a slightly faster car is worth several times the price.
