After purchasing the land I had 15,5 mil. You still have to build the villa room by room. And also buy furniture. After it was finished I had 6,75 mil. left in my account. So the final price tag for the villa is 10,25 mil. rubles. 1,5 mil. for the parcel and 8,75 mil. for the building itself.
So to sum it up, my market research has shown that the villa is the best.

However if you cannot afford it I would say go for the house in the residencial district. Price is the same as the price of the apartment. But I strongly recommend to renovate the apartment because it looks much nicer afterwards. Which drives the cost above the price of the house. As for the car, buy whatever you can afford. The main differences are the looks, price and repair costs. The expensive sports cars are faster, or at least were before.
