BUT the succubus can feed on EVERY sex and i feed it very well every day while being awake...but once i go to sleep that bitch goes dickhunting with my body and that sucks. Its not like it stays hungry when it hunts pussys and it should follow MY rules in my body. Well, not really. Most of the stuff is already optional, you dont want it, then just dont do it. Rape is a logical exception and you can prevent it as well if you learn to fight or run/flee, i guess even without magic (never tied it but i know you can just kick balls without the need to cast spells). So the only really enforced and unavoidable thing (if you dont cheat and sleep sometimes) is the succubus hunting for dicks.
He should have a quick like one scene reaction to you when he sees you for the first time after you becoming visibly pregnant. Think it only happens during the hypnosession at the clinic though.

The problem is we would have to go through every single sex scene in the game that involves a girl, find the act where the girl cums and then add in new code.
Per my own playthrough, this is not 100% true. Only thing you need to do is to gather enough succubus power throughout the daytime & keep your sleep bars high enough through sex (can work with lesbian sex too i've tested it), and DO NOT GO TO SLEEP at night. Problem solved.

Sure if it was just the succubus hunting, I meant a general lesbian and straight option so that Sveta would not automatically engage in sex against preference. Some like Artem and Katja would need Sveta to force herself using a willpower check and of course non-con stuff wouldn't be impacted because that is not her choice.
