the bugfix is a new qsp file just DL it and play with it. the cheats are in the cheat menu inside the game, you can turn on the ones you want or turn them all on.
I was actually thinking about the way arousal increases when you're not performing any sexual act or watching sexual acts. Like being in your room and pressing wait seems to currently increase arousal by 2 every 15 minutes, up to a cap of 70. But I'm reasonably confident (again, though, might be wrong) that my starting sveta's arousal did not behave in this way. However I do have a followup question on what you mentioned. Is how much a sexual act impacts arousal affected by how much you've done that act, or the various "preference" variables?

Do you have the bimbo or one of the other traits that sets a higher min level of arousal?
the more you do the same act I know matters, again exactly how the code works would be a question for Kevin.

there is no romance path with her and she always falls, it is a timed event. You can influence it by speeding it up or slowing it down but it always happens.
Will the work at the brothel, the prostitution in the park, and Yarik continue? And how do I get the opportunity to live with the Meynolds?

Most likely, not something I personally work on so can't say for sure.
Right now I think you have to do the Vicky story arc to get invited to live with them.

Not a ton, 2 years worth of repeatable classes, then maybe a years worth of NPC and other story arcs, plus the stuff you can more easily do around the city living in the city.
I think the new update broke the coach story line. it tells me to tease the coach but when i try correct clothes never comes up. I tried it with an older version and it's not "practice with team" but "play with team" and it immediately lets me correct clothes and continue his story.

You have to become Artem's GF by doing his story arc first. Then you have to be able to do both their story arcs to the point you are having sex with them. For Anushka then just talk about BF's and she will bring it up, then go talk to Artem about it and then back to her to say he is in. After that when at his apartment you can then trigger it.
Albina I don't think is finished yet, Veng works on her. Katja is finished so you can get a 3some with her and Artem.

I flipped the world map to be "more" accurate but yes we know it is not close to accurate, just a rough guide for us and players to roughly know where things are in relation to each other
