Its the nerd trait, if you ignore it eventually you will lose it. If you read it well go into cool down. It helps with learning at school so worth maintaining. Should have these details in the traits menu.

Does Fedor's home have a location on the map? Can only get there escorted by Fedor in and leave escorted by Fedor all the way back to 58 Estate. Visiting all Pav areas do not see a link to Fedor's home.

i think this specific quirk could be fixed by adding the 'sisterknowslut' variable in the game, the one that triggers if Anya sees any visible semen on the PC or if the PC tells Anya they've lost their virginity, to the threesome event with Anya and Roma. just append it with:

if sisterknowslut = 0 and...
    sisterknowslut = 1
    '(image here)'
    '(event here)'

i do agree there's just tons and tons of fringe cases that don't really make sense from an outsider's perspective. they're all pretty simple to fix given that someone takes the time to go through each and every one and do a general quality pass, but according to QGen, this game contains 1304 locations, with an average size of 30kb (over 30,000 characters), some reaching upwards of 200kb. there is a lot to sort through, and with the current developer content scope, i don't think such a thing is planned at the moment. for the most part, they're innocuous enough that i can either overlook them, or if they really bother me, i can fix/change/add/remove them and put them in my own mod .qsp (even if they're one-off non-repeatable events). again, its just my opinion.

Yes, that's how you get it, and the "collateral" effect as you call it, is a compulsion to read. Same as you get bad mood if not wearing bimbo clothes, when you have bimbo trait.

Sometimes it takes too much time when you want to go to a certain place but encounter unexpected events, such as someone exposing themselves in public. I think there should be a way to avoid most of them by consuming limited resources like willpower.
For example, my Sveta likes to go for a jog after leaving school. Then she goes to the library to do homework with the nerds. Next, she would go to the hotel to do the maid job. It's possible even though she needs to take a shower after the jog if she doesn't meet any events when going from one place to another.
And I didn't mean that any event should be avoided by consuming willpower because you will certainly be stopped if you encounter a fight on the street.
That's just my thought because I can always reload the save to avoid the events I don't want.

PS: Will my Sveta get more tips from the maid job if her attractiveness is higher?

I just overlook them. They don't really bother me, that one just came to mind as it just popped up in my play through. Was more me (badly) just pointing out there are other examples you're going to come across.

I wouldn't expect the devs to look around trying to fix all these things. Much more important content and scope that they are, rightly, concentrating on.

yes, there will be other content for one of the magic characters but will not be for a few releases. it will be part of the magic update that will drop, but it will also introduce new frameworks and content. there is a lot of work going on behind the scenes improving the core code prior to this drop as well by other team members.

my main three projects are by order of priority:

magic - integration of the major arc, along with unique content fer each start. the major events are now written, but it requires other moving parts before integration such as the new city area and a few new locations to explore.
journal - new journal design fer quests and a new glossary section, the new journal is mostly complete barring adding content which i am looking for writers for and testing.
ballet - a bit down the priority but ballet is getting overhauled as well, the academy is going from one week in summer to two and more characters/events are being developed.
