You have to have a decent amount of money on you, or she won't ask. I don't remember the exact amount, but 10k and up should be fine. Money in the bank doesn't count.

I found 0.9.7 has been released. Can Sveta graduate from the university in this version? 
And another request. I think Sultan of Secret fight club should take Sveta to the fight from "the dorm of the university" too. And this should be a job too, so there should be some reminder like other jobs.
PS: Ah! Now I know this job is designed for Sveta when she is not a student. But this should be adapted for Sveta when she is an university student. For instance, Oleg will train Sveta on Friday and Saturday when Sveta is a university student. Of course, it's weird when you need to fight on Sunday but train on Saturday.
PS: I think Sveta could just meet Sultan outside of the building. It's not necessary to meet at home.

It shouldn't be, but I don't honestly know the mechanics behind spells so I don't know if there is a spell chance. I know we always add in text if it fails, so I assume there is. I have no clue what the chances are, likely depends on how well you know the spell or how powerful you are, honestly not sure. Maybe kevin will know.
