A reinstall fixed the issue, not sure what was up but apparently I did something wrong the first time.

Thanks! I installed the QSP player... now what? i only run the GL QSP file and that's all?
For the first time open your QSP player (QSP.exe) and the top left under Quest go to Open Game, go to you Girl Life folder and open the Girl Life.qsp. Game should start. Second time you open the game you just need to click on the Girl Life.qsp and the game will open.

There's a bug in the shower scene with your brother, essentially the pictures don't show up, however if you save at that point, close the game then open it again and reload from that point it shows you the intended pictures.
Don't know if there's an easy fix for this or not but I reported the same bug when 8.0 came out.
Currently running 8.1.3, hope this helps.

Get the image pack and qsp file here or tfsite and unpack it as if on PC. Search for the QSP app here, google, wherever. Open the app and load the qsp file. Ignore the errors, they can't be fixed.
I've got the same issue. I deleted and re-downloaded everything and it's still the same.
Anyone got some tips? What am i doing wrong?

Yes near every 12 Weeks one big update or if you like you can play the Dev version from the TFG site that get much faster updates even it have sometimes Bugs.Hey, is the game still in development?

City, Industrial part, train station - suspicios character sells fake passport - 30000, if i remember correctly. Sorry my Engrish.

Go in the City Industrial Zone Train Station in and out of the Building until the Suspicions character show up he sell you all Fake things you need even driving license and Fake diploma.

You can use the Cheat get Diploma that end school direct.But then you lose a lot of Stuff.At that point play new in Town that is without school
As GladiusVictorious said, buying the diploma ends a lot of content. Most of the content to date has been centered on the school.
You can start the game with Transformation Start (includes the magic) or New in Town, both of which skip the school completely, there is quite a bit of content and worth playing but the amount of content around the school is huge.
