Yeah, but Natasha was a slut herself. So why would she behave that way. It's not explained how she suddenly turned full circle and became a completely different person. She knows exactly where Sveta is coming from. Even today people in the town still talk about how much of a slut she was, when she was younger, and it's not so surprising that Sveta is following in her footsteps. Every single woman in their family has a high sex drive. Natasha sleeps around, her sister Luda sleeps around and her other daughter Anya sleeps around. They all do it, and yet apparently Natasha has a total blind spot when it comes to Sveta doing the same thing.

If she herself never fucked around, if nobody else in the family fucked around, you could understand why she might behave that way towards only Sveta.

I don't think it's far fetched for certain mothers in Russia to condemn their daughters, rather than say the older men who have been having sex with them. I just think it's far fetched for Natasha, because unlike most of those women, she has personal experience of being that woman being condemned for having a high sex drive. She still is that person, and what makes it even more ludicrous is that Sveta is well aware of Natasha cheating on Vladimir herself, and Natasha knows that she knows. All she would need to do, is threaten to tell Vladimir and Natasha would forget all about throwing her out. I mean why wouldn't she do that, if her mother was being a total hypocrite?

How can Natasha threaten Sveta with anything, when she knows her own dirty secrets? If that comes out, her marriage would be over. So why would she ever take the risk?

As I have already said, Natasha is one of those people that is do as I say not as a I do. My own dad was that way, born again christian, hard core conservative etc, yet he cheated on my mom, he wanted a divorce, he is the one that can't forgive my mom that the divorce ruined their lives because they fought over stuff for 6 years and went broke paying lawyers. So there are people like that in RL.

She wants more for her kids like most parents do. She knows what sleeping around costs her children, She still does it cause her rep is already bad and she can't change that but she can help her kids and when they fail to see her wisdom she gets angry. She has good intentions she just goes about it in a terrible way.

Luda does not sleep around, she has a live in boyfriend and that's it.

As I have said before she is a hypocrite, there are people like that in RL. There is people that partied and did drugs etc and then freak out if their kids do the same stuff they did when they was kids. Instead of talking to their kids and explaining things they just get mad and lecture their kids.

Sveta might learn about her mom cheating, at the start of the game she doesn't know that and you are also assuming Vlad doesn't already know. As someone else pointed out there is mothers that will choose their new husbands over their own children.

But why would Sveta put up with it? And why would Natasha take the risk that she wouldn't tell on her? That doesn't make any sense. No matter what you claim for cultural reasons as to why Natasha would decide to blame her daughter, rather than her husband. It would never happen anyway, because you already set up Natasha, by allowing Sveta to discover her dirty secrets? Why would she do that to Sveta, when she knows that she can destroy her marriage so easily? Even if she's a horrible mother, surely she's not a complete idiot as well?

As I said in my previous post you don't start off knowing about mom cheating. Also you're assuming Vlad doesn't already know she cheats. Keep in mind she lost her first husband for cheating on him with Vlad and Vlad is well aware of this. It is never said in game but it is hinted at in several places. A big one is that mom gets pregnant with Kolka months after Sveta is born and Sveta's dad was still married to her mom at that time.

Also it should be a fairly big hint Vlad cheats on her considering he will sleep with Sveta, so not much of a chance of destroying a marriage by saying one of them is cheating when they both do and both know the other one cheats.

Finally I will point out that the mom is very old content and we have slowly been cleaning her up. One of the future changes is expanding on her giving up and forgiving Sveta for being a slut, especially if Sveta throws it back in her face. Since it obviously happened with Anya already. So in the future Sveta will get the same treatment. Mom will give up and turn her whole focus to Kolka and let Sveta stay, as long as she finishes school and when school is done with go to the Uni or get a job and start helping the family out or move out. Unless mom finds out she is having sex with vlad or kolka.

It's surprising on how much you can earn from modelling from the library computer/PC (1-4k) and busking (500-12k+). So within a month I can rent a place or move out. I also get the impression Natasha isn't the brightest and Anya follows her path. Hence why said Natasha sees Sveta as her last chance at redemption. If it was more realistic her mother would have had her watched and forced to go to church, as her personality would suit that scenario.

Also this is an old game, so it's had various other plots and events added so there's going to be inconsistences so applying real life logic to this is doomed to fail. I've given you some scenarios where this does happen and yes, people are that stupid much of modern marketing and even social media is based on that innate fact. However like many other games, books and movies some suspension of belief is needed. There's too many interactions in this game that are inconsistent or show lack of awareness of actions and if you can't let go of the fact this illogical situational awareness it's probably not for you. A great example of this is being able to date Lariska and Katja despite being an outcast.

We have slowly been trying to find and fix some of those inconsistencies, just like the recent revamp of the chats at school. Now the kids treat you different based on your social group and how much they personally like you, so there is not on average 15 different versions of chatting to them.

As far as dating someone while a outcast, keep in mind not all of the kids care as much about social standing, though they will be more mindful in public. Katja is being worked on now and you will likely see some changes with that. Lariska I think is just one of those that doesn't care.

Vladimir may know about it. But it's obvious from Natasha's perspective that she believes differently. Otherwise why would she get so worried about Sveta revealing her secrets to Vladimir. As far as she's concerned he doesn't know and she wants to keep it that way. So maybe antagonising Sveta by telling her to leave the house, is not the best way to keep things that way?

But as you say, you'll be altering the mother daughter relationship eventually, so that's ok.

This is complete rubbish, all it does is remove the bateria that naturally keeps things healthy and not smelly leading to more risk of infection and smell. Yet millions of young girls are lead to believe htis and do it across the US.
Nat is not doing the correct thing logically or medically but she believes she is doing the right thing for her daughter.

You can try AVC (any video converter) changes most video formats and is free.

It isn't that, it is if you swap out a jpg for any video even if it is named the same the code is still calling for a jpg. So he would have to go into the game and change the code to call for a video instead of a image. So a fair bit of work that would have to be redone with every update

Some of the information that Natasha gives Sveta during their chats is wrong. For instance she claims you can buy cosmetics cheaper in the market. And whilst you can buy cosmetics in the market for 1000 roubles against 1300 in the Supermarket. You only get 20 items in the market, whilst you get 50 in the Supermarket. So in actual fact , it costs 50 roubles per item in the market, as against only 26 roubles per item in the Supermarket. You would think that a woman like Natasha, who has to watch every penny, would have worked something like that out?
