Currently I'm using translator++ and yandex to try and understand what to do in this game.

So here's everything I've got from the demo:
Quests currently available
1. Chasing the kid around the village
2. Gathering wood for the robber looking guy to unlock 'Catching cicada'
NOTE: You cannot catch cicadas in the demo
3. Filling a water bucket for on of the old man, to the west of the village.
You can find a water source in the same area where the red head lady lives.
4. Wood gathering for the red head lady. (The ones at the river)
You are to collect fragments in this game;
Two fragments of the same color combined will hint you the location to where a shrine is.
The first shrine is located on the path you take to go to where the red head lady lives.
Activating a shrine will cause Natsuki's sexual desire to raise by 1
2nd Shrine: At the beach where Natsuki left the boat at the beginning
Note: 2nd Shrine cannot be activated in the demo
Keep in mind that you have to collect and combine the fragments first.
The only events you're gonna get is just basic stripping, peeing, shota spank Natsuki and runs away, massage(west beach), monkey sucking Natsuki's nipples (Which is a quest to return the monkey to the red head lady) and voyeurism.
I'll wait till the full game is released to make the guide.

Talk to the red-headed lady, pick the third option. She'll tell you about her pet monkey. Go to the small house in the location where you found the ladder.
how to find fragment? I still run around and confuse. where is first shrine located ?

No, this mod unlocks 19 extra sex scenes from the games files. Full version will include those scenes so mod is unneeded.Did you just make a mod for a demo version of the game
