True none are ideal, but the nature of cracking games itself is considered a vires by some antivirus software as cracks bypass the security measures implemented to insure you're using a "genuine paid version" as such Pirated games often give false positives. That is not to say that a real infected version of a game couldn't show up.

Use the tools and information you have, and determine for yourself if you feel its a threat or not, as in the end it is you that will deal with that aftermath. That's all any of us can do.
Judging by my experience, I can tell that, for example, RPGM game copies are not secured in a first place, so these games not needed to be hacked and unlikely contain virus, unless it is somehow protected by Steam or else. So they can't be with virus in a first place (unless injected intentionally).
But if it was protected, with something like DRM or else, game might need keygen, patch. crack or even steam emulator, which antiviruses recognize as adware software, injectors, patchers and hacktools, but not trojan viruses, if I remember correctly, and many antiviruses recognize them easily.
But what we can see here ? Only one antivirus, for some only to God known reason, shows us a virus detection. Knowing all written above, I see this situation as very interesting and suspicious
