We have a dear friend who takes care of proofreading. If there are a few mistakes, it’s no big deal—after all, it’s an adult game, and I’m sure no one minds. The big problem with this game, apart from the grammatical errors, spelling and the like, is the inconsistency in the dialogue.
For instance:
Katrin to MC: You're sweet, thoughtful, I could fall in love with you, but Brian's a pig, with him it's all about sex.
1/2 hours later...
I'm going to ask Robert for a divorce, and marry Brian...
I think a proofreading would be welcome before publishing a release.
Now, as far as the story is concerned, I find the fetishes a bit too idealized, but I can only rely on my own extreme experiences. I mean, crossing the line of certain taboos isn't as trivial and easy as it seems to be in this game. But well, Who am I to tell the Dev what to do?
As for the story, it’s not finished yet, so I’d rather not jump to conclusions. You’re absolutely right that, in real life, certain fetishes aren’t so easy to encounter so quickly. However, our goal is to emphasize some situations to make the game more engaging. That’s why we started with an MC fantasy and a conversation between MC and FMC, where it’s hinted that certain topics had already been discussed. This allowed us to tie everything you’ve seen so far together.
Regarding the line you mentioned in your post, I’d like to say that Stefano (my husband) is also thinking ahead to future episodes. As you’ve probably noticed, the dialogue for each path you take is consistent. This means that sometimes there may be small mistakes, or certain choices are deliberate and will make sense later on.
Big hugs to everyone,
Luana
