I think no matter what you do, there will always be those who will really like it. But different routes and the possibility of choice definitely expand the audience. Being a woman, I can't write Brian's part. However, I believe Stefano is very clear on how he wants to develop the storyline between FMC, Katrin, and Brian. Yesterday, I read a small part of his script, and it starts with Brian asking FMC and Katrin to dance together.
You can only imagine what will happen next, hahaha!

So for now, you're right—the masculine side of MC hasn’t been highlighted yet. But keep in mind that when writing a story, you have to start with a logical sequence. Of course, this can be right or wrong, that's up for debate. My wife and I decided that the initial triggering event should be MC's fantasy, and that FMC's mother would become the lover of her ex. You’ve surely read the novel thoroughly, and I think you'll agree with me that every part you read has a logical flow in terms of the narrative.
