well regardless of what happens in the scene what patron will look down on the most is how the character looks and acts.
I'm suprised the game was allowed here to be honest. I don't personally care since fiction doesn't bother me no matter the content.
Patron and their payment services care more about fiction than reality so this is where we are.

Consider working with negative prompts since you're very likely using stable diffusion. Use them to tag what you do NOT want to have appear in your renders. Such as the girl only have 4 fingers and no, the index finger wouldn't be concealed without the knuckles being visible.

I think if the man's left leg went away, and his left hand moved to her left arm or shoulder, it would seem better anatomically.

I don't mind AI art, but at least make sure there aren't any blaringly obvious mistakes. Even in the curated pictures on display hands are either completely fucked up, have too many fingers, or too few fingers. One of them even has an entire addtional arm, or maybe it's the woman who just has a man arm.

A decent start, I like the general concept and the "ice cream" scene, hope you continue to improve the AI art and flesh out the story with choices at some point so it's an actual VN and not just kinetic. Also, I liked that you added sound, but try to not overuse things like the "slap" SFX.

Do you think patreon blocks this content? I mean, I've been watching games with this content on Patreon for quite some time so I assumed it was allowed.

To give an example, ICSTOR, from milf city (great developer), has sleep sex, rape, and blackmail in its game. And it's on Patreon, is it allowed for him? I just don't understand it well.

Don't know about rape, but I'd say those lolis are like nukes if Patreon takes notice of your game.
