An update on current status

Dear all,
The development of our project has been on hold for a while due to our decision to extend the tools at our disposal for the creation of visual content.
After we completed the story for Chapter 2 and started collecting assets, we understood that we were facing really painful trade-offs that were unacceptable in context of our vision of the game. AI tools could not provide any feasible result for the most important and exotic requests, as well.
After some thinking over and brainstorming, we came to the conclusion that 3D is an absolute must-have to get the required flexibility and freedom in the creation of visuals. One member of our team decided to dive deep into this topic to become a 3D artist for our projects. We estimate that the first results would appear around March – April 2026.
"Girls' Night Out" is our first project to define the adequate scope for creating exciting and fun game projects. And while the browser turned out to be a very potent tool for writing UIs and game logic, our approach to the creation of visual assets turned out to be a failure. Anyway, we are working on updating our tech stack and will be back as soon as the first results are presentable.
