Guys, been a very lean period with any decent games, but this looks promising...first scene is MC enjoying a cigarette. Hopefully the dev continues with the theme....
The BaDIK fan art thread has been extra fun over the weekend, you all might want to take a look starting at the linked post.
As for actual games, as Zongor said, its been very lean. Which is especially annoying, since ten or so games have had promo/preview pics with girls smoking in the last few months, but they've either not actually released anything, or released but without the teased smoking content. Anyway, less bitching, more games that actually have released with content.
First up, Streaming For Love. Hana is a smoker, and you actually get to see her smoke once during a conversation. Not a glamorous or sexy scene, and I find her model to among the worst in the game, but it is a smoking scene, and it doesn't skimp on the renders.
Next, What We Left Behind. The only content in game is a scene with Nami. The scene actually features a decent lightup sequence, but then skimps on smoking renders afterward. The previews in the OP of the game's thread has a couple more smoking renders* of other characters, so hopefully more is on the way. *Devs, cigarettes naturally lean toward the side of the mouth they're being held in, or straight down. This isn't the first time I've seen a dev render a dangled cigarette going across the mouth, which is stupid.
Shoretown Saga has one scene and two additional renders. The scene is with Laura, where the MC needs to offer her cigarettes to get her to talk to him. I found the posing to be repetitive and low quality, but there is a fair amount of renders, the cigarette does as least burn down as the conversation happens, and there was at least an effort at smoke effects. The additional renders are Jessica smoking out of MC's window the morning after a night together.
Still been lean pickings recently, but I've got a few finds and notes to share.
The most interesting recent release for me was Name88's Triangle, though it's less for what's in it and more for what it may portend. (Note that said release hasn't been leaked as of me writing this, so clicking that link isn't going to give you this scene yet.) Anyway, our MC "Ghost" is under quarantine and is spending his time smoking (Like, a lot. I wish the females had half the smoking renders he had. But I digress.) and video conferencing with the LIs. At one point he is talking with Faith.I was surprised to see what was unmistakably an ashtray in the background of Faith's room, since she's never been shown smoking before, even in bonus renders. In most AVN's, this might be most readily chalked up to developer incompetence, but this dev knows his business. In a later scene, Ghost is conferencing with both Faith and another woman named Sigrid, and during the call Faith lights up a cigar. Ghost actually shares my surprise and questions this reveal; Faith simply comments that she usually doesn't smoke, but will have a cigar on rare occasions. This isn't the interesting part.
The interesting part is that this dev has some semblance of an idea of good creative writing and is aware of such concepts as "foreshadowing" and "continuity". You see, Sigrid is a Viking warrior from a foreign planet (yes, a human Viking from a foreign planet. Just roll with it, this is already taking forever). In an earlier update she had expressed mild curiosity when another LI named Spider was smoking cigarettes. Here, she announces "I would like to try your smoking herbs too." Ghost and Faith very briefly debate this and then the conversation goes in a different direction, though the implication is that if Sigrid wants to try smoking, they'll make it happen.
Now, I'll grant you that I'm mainly getting worked up over hope and my own imagination rather than what's in front of me. In addition, Sigrid is tall, muscular, and scarred, which isn't everyone's cup of tea. And of course, we don't know how long this arc will last, nor what form(s) of smoking will be featured. So not all of you will find this worth three paragraphs of ranting, or even appealing at all. But this is a deliberate, long term starting smoking arc from arguably the second most smoking friendly dev out there. If we are ever going to get nice things, this is one of the most promising plot threads in a long, long time.
Okay, now that I've got that out of my system, the rest of this post should be much shorter and to the point.
In The Singer, the titular character has a couple smoking scenes. I was kind of annoyed because the context of these scenes implies she's at least a semi-regular smoker, but this is all we get.
You may remember me mentioning Strong Desire before, when I stated it had an explicit smoking fetish toggle, but no content at that time. Well, it has gotten a little content in the intervening time, but not very much. Two small scenes with two different characters, as well as a third character who talks about smoking but never does.
Nice one Deedle! Agree, been very lean times for smoking content except for a few exceptions. Same could be said about any decent new games in general really tho imo, lol.
But, came across this one that has a few scenes and potential for more: Drive To Nowhere. Seems like the dev might have a feel for smoking content, and worth following to see if it continues...
Another preview of a yet-to-leak release, Giggle Night's newest update has one bad end that is, imho, pure fucking fire. It also has another bad end that I found extremely disappointing, as well as a few other renders of interest to the thread. Before I get into the content, I guess I should remind everyone that this game is not vanilla to put it mildly, so probably read up on it and make sure you aren't going to be put out by the other content before you download it.
The first bad end that I really liked is "Capnolagnian Lillin", and is relatively tame outside the smoking. It does feature mind control and demonic transformation, so fair warning if those are things you don't like. Actually, that warning is kind of the entire plot of the ending: smoking fetish sex demon brainwashes Trixie into becoming a smoking fetish sex demon, who then brainwashes a third character into becoming a smoking fetish sex demon, and they have lots of lesbian sex while smoking. It's great.
The second bad end that disappointed me is "Nicotina". While it is very cigarette themed, there's little actual smoking, and the villain and related transformation were not for me. I like the females in my porn to have minor things like hair, and normal lips, and eyes. Anyway, I'll just let those interested investigate further on their own.
Finally, the main villain's wife smokes with a holder in a few renders. The renders themselves are pretty tame, but I make no guarantees about the content they're surrounded by in the game itself.
This is my first time writing here, but I've been following your posts for a long time. Firstly, I'm incredibly grateful for the posts; you guys are seriously awesome. Secondly, I've found what I think is one of the best games for our fetish. It's called Trophies: A Corruption Tale. Just take my word for it: the game isn't in the final stages of development, but it's absolutely packed with content. The author apparently shares our views on women smoking, and after completing the main story (about two hours), the main character can choose his woman, whos he corrupted to start smoking. And in all the subsequent scenes, she smokes like a furnace.
and those are just random moments, not even the best ones. And if u like the game pls support the dev somehow, cause from my country i cant pay for his patreon.
Not at all Roastez, you are more than welcome here!! In fact, your game Trophies looks great and well worth a look. Imo the idea that you can corrupt your LI's towards smoking is a very refreshing option!! Keep going with it and look forward to more content.
Long time lurker, first time poster. I really appreciate this thread and the great recommendations, especially DeedleConcord (and your tier list) and Zongor_2
Also Roastez - I love the corruption angle for smoking, hope you keep them coming!
