Someday, we're going to run out of reasonable game names, and all the games would be like "Goblin lord wants me to become a virgin wizard by managing the brothel!?". And even there, one would have to check if one accidentally made it sound like an adaptation of a Japanese novel.

In reality, it is possible to have multiple games with the same name. Wikipedia lists them by release year or by company which produced them. But it's confusing, even if the games are similar, like X-COM (there is the original, and there is a relatively recent remake, and someday, it's going to have even more remakes).
