does anyone have a download with the patch included? I followed the txt but it never translated into english and stopped responding

I downloaded the base game and than the english patch (worked this time) but some things have not translated
for example the Wardrobe (can't read the categories)

I disagree, I believe it to be a render. By looking at the trees, especially the branches, they don't look natural to me. As for the shadows, it seems to me that DS has some excellent knowledge of lighting techniques. I wonder if she has some photographic or film experience.
