As far as I know, he made the entire apartment (with the exception of the basement and the garden) himself. So you probably won't find anything. Some fan had adjusted the bathroom once, but I can't find the page.

Yes and No. Sure. U can use a Picture like this and put it as a Background BUT u can become Problems with Lightning, Shadow, Reflections and Perspective and such things...
The Resaults are not so good as i know.
