Not personally familiar with this game but seems it's the latest available english version.
Dev's fantia indicates a 0.32 having come out, but it's JP only and has (understandably) not been leaked/updated here.

It is usually the western devs that exhibit that kind of behaviour. I've rarely seen a Japanese dev not have something to show for the money they've been given.

For what I have seen, they have a pretty good patreon system and even cooler they translate the game every 2 months.
