yo, imma ask bc it don't really make sense to me, but like... are we sure that these mirrors are safe? VirusTotal still flags a lot of files in these zips.

to be more clear; Why would VirusTotal declare these files unsafe if they are safe, and how can one truly be certain and check that the file is safe while still being a layman on computer security?

Better to err on the side of safety. I tried reporting OP to see if they could update the links. No luck so far.

Get the one from the OP. No problems with it and the most updated; ...really, a 9/61 detection with (almost) only noname vendors and mainly 'PUA', 'Crack' alerts... Shouldn't creep you. For realsies.

This is "Survivors " genre, a variation of bullet-heaven that become popular due to Vampire Survivors, you can try HoloCure - Save The Fans, if you don't care about that game not having hentai, because mechanically it's better. It's also available for free in Steam.
My favourite of the genre is Time Wasters, althought it's sci-fi and again, no hentai. Second Rate Superheroes is an interesting spin too.
There is plenty of such games with hentai thought, like Sexy Mystic Survivors or Nunholy

I agree with your overall sentiment that it's probably safe, but there's free and open source bypasses for Steam DRM that don't get flagged as a trojan by Microsoft. The question you should be asking is "What specific crack did this release use, and why is it flagged as suspicious when most are not"
